Terms and Conditions

1. Strictly no cancellation of orders. You have to pay 50% of the total item price as a cancellation fee. If in case that the items are out of stock/sold out in the official KR websites, down payment will be refunded.2. Please order only if you can wait for the estimated timeframe below.
-Normal ETA: 1-2 months once shipped from KR. If there are delays, it will take more than 2 months.
-Fast ETA: 1-2 weeks3. The down payment is non-refundable, so please be sure before placing an order.4. Please pay the full amount or the remaining balance on or before the deadline of payment (DOP). The late payment charge is PHP 30 per item per day.5. Once items have arrived at the PH address, it will take 3–7 days for packing preparations.6. A shipping notice will be sent to notify you that your items are ready to ship. All orders will automatically be cancelled if they are unclaimed within 45 days. We cannot hold your items for a long period of time. You will be notified via email or SMS 10 days before we forfeit your item. This is non-refundable.7. A refund or item replacement for a wrong item is only allowed if you have proof before opening the parcel. Uncut and unedited video of unboxing is the only acceptable proof to be eligible for a refund or item replacement.8. Production damages on POB, album, and merch are not subject for refund or replacement.9. Our shop is not liable for any damages caused by international or local couriers. Rest assured that the items are well packed before we ship your orders.
